We welcome out of town visitors to drop in. Must have a minimum of 3 months of CrossFit experience. Click here to schedule a drop in session.
What is an On-Ramp Class
Our On-Ramp program includes 4 one-on-one onboarding sessions. We will start by explaining and teaching you all the core movements you will see in CrossFit classes. We walk you through what to expect in classes and understand the workouts as well as getting you familiar with the people, coaches and the day to day at the gym. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and excited to join your first class!
Do I have to take the On-Ramp class if I’ve done CrossFit before?
Nope! You’re more than welcome to jump right into our classes if you’re an experienced CrossFit athlete. But, even if you are, we would still love to give you a free one-on-one session with our fantastic coaches!
Is CrossFit dangerous?
Any sport is dangerous if it’s done improperly. One of the things that sets CrossFit apart from other athletic pursuits is that you always have a coach looking out for you. We watch your form and give guidance on how to tailor the workouts for yourself and absolutely do not pressure you to do anything unsafe. As we always say: go light and do it right!
What if I have an injury?
We can work around any injury or personal limitation to get you the workout you want. CrossFit includes so many different movements that we are always able to find a way to get you to sweat and have a great time!
Do I need to be in shape?
CrossFit is exactly how we get in shape! CrossFit is designed to meet you wherever you’re at. Even if you’ve never worked out in your life, we tailor the workouts to suit your skill level and work our way up from there!
What do I need to do before a class and what do I wear?
Before a class, make sure to have eaten a solid meal with some water at least an
hour prior. Come to class with clothing you’re comfortable moving and
sweating in!
